Check Point adds AI security tools for MSP partners

Wed, 10th Jun 2026 (Today)

Check Point has expanded its managed service provider platform, adding AI security tools and bundled security services for partners.

The platform is being rolled out globally to managed service provider partners and is aimed at organisations managing customer security environments through a single interface.

The update centres on three additions: AI security features for managed service providers, a new multi-tenant management platform with Management Control Plane access, and unified security bundles sold through a simplified licensing model.

Check Point is extending its Workforce AI Security offering into the managed service provider channel. This gives partners tools to identify the use of AI services, set rules for employee interactions with AI tools, and protect sensitive data used across AI applications and agents.

The launch comes as AI adoption outpaces many businesses' ability to secure it. In its 2026 Cloud Security Report, Check Point found that 77 per cent of organisations had updated their security strategies in response to AI, while 26 per cent said they had the architectural capacity to enforce those strategies.

For managed service providers, the platform is designed as a multi-tenant environment covering Check Point's broader product portfolio. It includes integrated AI security functions, expanded links with professional services automation tools, access to Management Control Plane within the portal, and a dedicated team for support, onboarding, and partner enablement.

Bundle model

Check Point has also introduced unified managed security bundles intended to reduce the number of separate products providers need to procure and manage. The bundles combine email security, endpoint security, browser security, mobile security, secure access service edge, Workforce AI, security awareness training, and DMARC in one package.

The bundles are delivered through a single stock keeping unit aligned with partners' Microsoft licensing. The approach is intended to simplify purchasing and administration for managed service providers while reducing the operational burden of handling multiple security tools.

The package reflects a wider trend in the channel market, where managed service providers are under pressure to offer broader security coverage while keeping delivery and support costs under control. Vendors have increasingly responded by combining security products with centralised management and monthly consumption pricing.

Dave Meister, Vice President of MSP/MSSP at Check Point Software Technologies, said the launch reflects changing customer demands as AI becomes more widely used in business settings.

"AI is reshaping both the threat landscape and the expectations customers now place on their service providers," said Dave Meister, Vice President of MSP/MSSP at Check Point Software Technologies.

"MSPs are no longer just managing infrastructure - they are helping customers navigate AI transformation. With these new capabilities, we're giving our partners their first opportunity to discover, secure and govern AI usage and AI agents at scale in an MSP-friendly monthly consumption model with no minimums or lock-ins in a multi-tenant environment," Meister said.

Channel focus

The announcement underlines Check Point's efforts to deepen its reach into the managed services channel at a time when providers are being asked to advise customers on AI adoption as well as traditional cybersecurity controls.

That has widened the role of many partners beyond infrastructure and endpoint management to governance, compliance, and data protection across software-as-a-service applications and AI systems. Security vendors are competing to package those functions in a way that can be sold and operated by managed service providers without significant integration work.

Oguo Atuanya, Corporate Vice President of Vendor Experience at Pax8, said the market was looking for simpler ways to manage AI-related security demands.

"As MSPs help customers navigate rapid AI adoption, there is growing demand for solutions that are easier to manage, consolidate fragmented tools, and support evolving security requirements," said Oguo Atuanya, Corporate Vice President of Vendor Experience at Pax8.

"Check Point's approach brings together AI security, centralized management, and simplified service delivery in a way that aligns with how partners want to scale and support their customers in the era of AI transformation," Atuanya said.

The new platform is now available to Check Point's managed service provider partners. The company says it protects more than 100,000 organisations worldwide.
