Devart wins five honours in 2026 DBTA Reader awards

Devart has won five honours in the 2026 DBTA Readers' Choice Awards, which are voted on by readers of Database Trends and Applications.
It received Gold for Best DBA Solution for dbForge SQL Complete; Silver for Best Database Performance Solution and Best Data Modeling Solution for dbForge Studio; and Bronze for Best Database Development Platform for dbForge and Best Data Security Solution for SecureBridge.
The results place Devart across administration, performance, modelling, development and security categories in an awards programme focused on tools used by database professionals. Database Trends and Applications said the programme recognises products and services selected by its readership across the data management and analytics market.
dbForge SQL Complete, which took the top award in the DBA category, is designed for SQL development in SQL Server Management Studio and Visual Studio. Its listed features include code completion, syntax validation, formatting, refactoring and debugging.
dbForge Studio, which won two Silver awards, is used for database development, administration, schema design, performance optimisation and data analysis. Devart offers versions for SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle and PostgreSQL, and groups the four products in a multidatabase package called dbForge Edge.
The broader dbForge line received Bronze in the Best Database Development Platform category. Devart described the portfolio as a unified database software ecosystem that includes an integrated dbForge AI Assistant.
Devart also highlighted recent work on dbForge for PostgreSQL, saying the latest release introduced a visual Query Builder that lets users create complex PostgreSQL queries through a drag-and-drop interface.
In security, SecureBridge received Bronze for Best Data Security Solution. The product provides connectivity components designed to protect data sent between applications and remote services through secure protocols and encrypted connections.
Awards context
The DBTA Readers' Choice Awards are presented annually and cover a wide range of technology areas tied to data management. According to the organiser, categories span database administration, development, performance management, data modelling, security, analytics, integration, cloud platforms and other information disciplines.
Unlike awards decided solely by editorial panels, the voting comes from DBTA readers. That audience includes data and IT professionals across industries, giving the results the character of a user poll on which products practitioners value in day-to-day work.
Devart said the latest outcome reflects how users view its database tools across several market segments. It added that its software is used by more than 500,000 users and by 65% of Fortune 100 companies.
