Secure.com has appointed Nicholette Brown Hill as Founding General Manager, Americas, and Head of Sales for Global Strategic Markets, marking its expansion across North and South America.

She will lead growth strategy in the Americas and sales in global strategic markets, with responsibility for customer acquisition, channel partnerships and alliances. The role has been created as the cybersecurity company expands the reach of its AI-focused platform beyond its existing markets.

Brown Hill brings more than two decades of experience across cybersecurity, cloud and enterprise technology. Most recently, she served as Chief Strategy Officer at GUARDDOG.AI, where she worked on market expansion and partnerships tied to AI-led security products.

Earlier in her career, she held executive roles at Meriplex, including Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategic Alliances and Vice President of Sales and Channel. She also worked in sales at VMware and Rackspace.

At Meriplex, she was part of the company during its recapitalisation by Vitruvian Partners. Secure.com views that background as relevant to its current stage of commercial expansion, particularly as it builds sales channels and broadens its customer base in the Americas.

Headquartered in Dubai, the company serves organisations in more than 30 countries and is seeking to deepen its presence in a market where cybersecurity spending has remained resilient despite wider pressure on technology budgets. Competition has intensified as vendors try to show how artificial intelligence can reduce manual work for security teams and improve threat detection.

Growth push

Brown Hill's remit spans both regional and international work. Alongside the Americas brief, she will lead sales for what Secure.com describes as global strategic markets, giving her a central role in shaping how the company approaches larger customers and partner networks.

The hire is notable not only as a regional leadership appointment, but also as part of a broader commercial build-out. For younger cybersecurity firms, sales leadership has become a key focus as investors and customers demand clearer evidence of repeatable growth, partner traction and customer retention.

Uzair Gadit, Founding Partner of Disrupt.com and Chief Executive Officer of Secure.com, outlined the company's view of the appointment.

"Nicholette brings a rare combination of deep experience working at some of the industry's biggest brands paired with a proven ability to scale startups," said Gadit. "That range makes her one of the most accomplished growth leaders in cybersecurity and enterprise technology today. Her ability to build high-performing organizations, forge transformative partnerships, and execute winning go-to-market strategies makes her the ideal leader for this next phase of Secure.com's growth. We're thrilled to welcome her to the team and excited for the impact she'll have as we expand our global footprint and help organizations better understand and reduce cyber risk."

Market pressures

Secure.com sells tools designed to help organisations identify vulnerabilities, assess exposure and improve their security posture over time. Its products are intended to work across offensive and defensive security functions and sit on top of existing customer tools rather than replace them.

That positioning reflects a broader shift in the cybersecurity market, where buyers are increasingly wary of adding more standalone products to already crowded security stacks. Vendors have responded by arguing that automation and integration can help teams manage alert volumes, staffing constraints and faster-moving attacks.

Brown Hill pointed directly to those pressures in comments on her move.

"I'm joining Secure.com at a moment that really matters for this industry," said Brown Hill. "Security teams are drowning in alerts, stretched thin on headcount, and stuck doing repetitive work that burns analysts out. Meanwhile, attackers are using AI to move faster and hit harder than ever. That's not a fight security teams can win by just working longer hours. Secure.com changes the math. Our AI Teammates handle the core Blue Team work - SOC, Cloud Security, AppSec, GRC - while a Red Teammate keeps testing those defenses like a real attacker would. Put them together and you get a purple loop: what the Red Teammate finds gets fixed automatically, so the whole system gets stronger over time. That means security teams get relief right away, and they catch the risks before an AI-powered attacker finds them first. I'm looking forward to building this with our team, our partners, and our customers."

Secure.com says it was founded by entrepreneurs whose previous ventures created more than USD $1 billion in aggregate venture value. The company now serves customers in more than 30 countries.
